I am not sure if this is the right spot to post this. But I am having trouble with my virtual machines on this specific domain. Regardless of Operating System. Server 2012, server 2016, or Windows 10. They all experience a regular restart every 10 mins initiated by svchost.exe.
The Domain Controller is running Server 2016 and was just created a few days ago.
I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this reboot every 10 minutes.
The exact message is
The process C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe has initiated the shutdown of computer on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned)
Reason Code 0x80000000
Shutdown Type: shutdown
Comment:
There are no comments provided, and the Virtual Machine doesn't really shutdown but restarts instead. What can I do to prevent this from happening. I can't really use the environment if the VMs are restarting every 10 mins!
