Account Wizard ??

Most of the time, I can easily access a site by clicking on the link , or going directly to the site. However, some sites are asking me to sign in to Account Wizard. I don't want this ! I've checked out account wizard-it apparently has to do with setting up a business account. Explain this, please, & how can I access a site without doing that ?
