Promoting DC fails: Verification of outbound replication failed - Access Denied

Hi,


Promoting DC03 fails with the following error.

Verification of outbound replication failed. Error reading the ntds settings on replication source domain controller.
Access is denied

DC01 & DC02 repadmin /replsummary shoots Access Denied error 5.
