C drive very low space

guys - when i turn on the computer, C drive has 500mb space. I know that's less but hard to expand now since I never realized windows would take so much space to begin with so only allocated 150gb when I built the computer. The main issue is after using the computer for a few hours, the 500mb reduces to 0mb and programs stop working and saving data obviously. Is there a tool that can show me which application is sucking up this space? I've moved the pagefile to another drive so it can't be that
