How do I install dual boot using WinXP and Win7

I want to install a dual boot on my system in order to use WinXP to play games that do not load or play erratically on Win7.

My system runs on Win7 and I want to load Win XP on one of my drives in a partition by itself. What are the problems that might crop up?
