Configuring Remote Desktop to use an SSL certificate.

I have a virtual private server operating Windows Server 2016 Standard. When I connect via remote desktop I get that popup message that says "This server is not using a certificate from a trusted source.". How do I change the certificate the remote desktop service is using from the built in certificate (with the same name as the server) to the SSL cert I've generated from LetsEncrypt?
