Hi All
We've setup a fresh install of Windows Server 2016, installed all available Windows updates and the .Net Framework 3.5 / 4.6 features etc.
We are having trouble with an application which needs, what appears to be, an updated version of the .Net Framework 2 which I cannot seem to work out how to install. Specifically, we're told that this file:
c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\2.0.50727\System.dll
Needs to be version 2.0.50727.8770.
The version installed is 2.0.50727.8745.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the frameworks, tried installed KB updates (most say the update is not applicable), manually specific the source on the install of the framework etc etc etc and nothing seems to help.
Has anyone come across this and knows how to get the appropriate version?
