Cannot activate dc 2016 eval

Hi,


I've downloaded and installed Windows Server 2016 Datacenter evaluation.

I have 2x datacenter licenses now, and when I'm trying to activate, I get an error 0xc004f050


Also tried slmgr /ipk, but I get an "Error : 0xC004F069 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC00F4069' to display the error text. "


Running above command tells me "unable to find a detailed error description".
