I have several server 2016 servers with mountpoints. We use them a LOT. I do not have any issues with the 2012R2 servers. Everything runs on VMware 6.5. When I create the mountpoints everything is fine. I reboot the server and the mountpoint folders no longer exist. The volumes appear in Disk Management but are no longer mounted. If I mount them again all is well, but still once in a while they just disappear on a reboot again. I am trying to associate this with something but have not yet. I think it may be a hotfix. So I am trying to deploy servers that get the updates from SCCM and another that does not and see if the problem occurs on the non patched server. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any solution or test recommended?
