ALT 164 (enye) produces @ instead, which is ALT 64.
ALT 165 (capital enye) produces A , though ALT 0209 shows Ñ instead.
Other ascii codes work, it's just that codes with 1 in it does not.
My Dell Inspiron 15 has a numpad and that's what I've been using. It used to work back then but it suddenly stopped working.
My (1) key works just fine. I can't pinpoint what to fix since the ascii codes works just fine, except with the number 1.
My keyboard's drive is up to date. I have enabled and disabled it.
My 'Use Mouse Keys when Numlock is on', in Ease of Access, is turned off.
I have tried Control Panel > Troubleshooting > ... > Hardware and Devices. The troubleshooter couldn't find issues.
I have tried using regedit to do this -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Input Method
Create a string value called EnableHexNumpad with the value of 1. No luck.
