error 1324 administrative tools contains an invalid character

HI guys, I am receiving the following error when I try to install an application on my Windows Server 2012 machine.

Full error is "Error 1324 The folder path administrative Tools contains an invalid character"

Not a huge amount in the event log - See below


if anyone has any idea please help as I have found similar ones for My Docs but none for admin tools
