Cannot Activate License Windows 2016 Standard

Hi Experts,

I've installed Windows Server 2016 Standard Evaluation and I'm trying to activate the license using my Volume License Key (Type MAK).

For some unknown reason when I do this, it returns "This Edition cannot be Upgraded"



Is there a way for me to activate it using my MAK key (Volume License Activation)?

If so, how will I do this?
