please support ..


gettiing this error while trying to run this setup IOS FIL SETUP
"Windows could not load required file Winsetup.dll. the file may be corrupt .to Install windows , restart the installation . Error code .ox7E
currentley using windows 7 & i have also restart the pc , but it;s not working
