Event ID 10028 after event ID 1000 VAMT 3.1

Hi,

Need your help. I keep on getting error below.

Event ID 10028 -"DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 1358 (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mmc.exe)."

and

Event ID 1000- Error while updating products: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800706BA): The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)
