I cannot install any roles or features at all on my Windows 2016 data center which is a physical box. For example, if I want to install the DHCP role on this server by using the GUI. It just fails no error, I have also try a few other roles and they too have fail. One solution was to try this command: "install-windowsfeature Ad-domain-services –source g:\" Reason being the source needs to point to my installation media, which I have mounted as a virtual drive. Here is the error:
