Need to re-add my device

I accidentally removed my laptop on Sign in to your Microsoft account I had no idea what I was doing and now I'm needing to re-add my laptop to my Microsoft account online but I don't know how to. Can someone help me? It's a ASUS laptop and running on windows 8.
