Dear Forum,
I have ran Microsoft update in a server (windows server 2012 R2), started 6AM (on Last saturday 9 Feb 2019).
In the server there is a Task Scheduler set to start on 10:45AM.
The next day I just realized that the Tasks was not running.
It got rejected by system.
In addition, in even viewer log "in Windows - system" i noticed that there is no system log from 7:12AM to 12:00PM.
maybe this is one of the clue.
And I believe the cpu readiness should be quite busy during windows patch on that morning.
This is the history task detail.
Date and Time: 2/9/2019 2:50:26 PM
Level: Warning
Task Category: Missed task start rejected
Question:
1. why the task is only rejected on 2:50:26 PM?
2. how can I know what was happening on 10:45AM
3. what could be the reason the Task scheduler not running at 10:45AM
I have checked in the even viewer detail, but I cannot find anything wrong.
Kindly help.
Regards,
Mary
