About two years ago, I was having some isssue on my WIN 7 desktop pc and I had a MS Answer Tech on the phone. At a point, he determined to do a 'clean sweep' of my system and to re-install the needed parts. Of course, once that deeletion finished I no longer had internet access and could not received any download. Soon after that, he got off the phone with a promise to contact me back, which never happened, Fortunately, soon after this a local Staples had an off of WIN 20 MS-authorized-refurbished office equipment and I got a new PC. I still need to get that other PC on the net, again. Can anybody send me a download link so i can receive those setup files and transfer them onto a CD or DVD and get that old pc up, again? I would be very appreciated.
