When I try to install 2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4487044) I get the following error:

I attempted to run the following:


DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth


I get the following error:

Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log


I also ran sfc /scannow. No errors were found. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
