The Shift lock on my laptop is acting up or perhaps Windows 10?
Basically the caps lock is reversed:
I have contacted the Microsoft chat support team prior with this case prior.
With the following:
Caps Lock On: lowercase
CAPS LOCK OFF: UPPERCASE
The numkeys '1 2 3 4 5' changed to '! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )'
This occurs at random times.
The shift lock problem occurs at the Windows 10 login screen when Windows starts, so then I must select "Forgot Password" after waiting a bit the screen loads, clicked on the 'X' and everything is back to normal (Caps Lock works and along with the both number pad.)
Sticky / Filter / Toggle keys are turned off.
Tried installing and uninstalling the Keyboard also Mice and other pointing devices and installing from the Lenovo site to no avail.
My Laptop: Lenovo

This is highly annoying and frustrating to say the least and I hopeful that the community can share some insights to rectify this experience.
