Windows Server 2008R2 Main DC replicated into Windows Server 2012 Backup DC - DHCP not replicated

Hello,

We have Windows Server 2008R2 Main DC replicated into Windows Server 2012 Backup DC.

Altought the DHCP is not replicated. How we should proceed to have also the DHCP on the server 2012 side?

Should we add the role DHCP on the server 2012 too? How to manage this?
