I recently started up my Windows XP PC, after several months of inactivity, and it wouldn't boot from my boot hard disk. I got a message saying:
"Verifying DMI Pool Data.......
Boot from CD:
DISK BOOT Failure"
I am able to force it to boot from the correct drive by going to the Boot Menu (F12) and selecting the correct hard drive.
How can I reset my boot priority permanently?
