Help with Malware/spyware??

I installed Superantispyware and noticed it was scanning some weird files. When scanned, both of my computers are showing files like Virus trigger 2.1/ internet explorer, spy snipe, pcantispy.sys, spywarequaked 2.4 ink, virus ranger v31.0 ink, among other files that sound unfamiliar to me. Are these viruses? If so how can I get rid of them and make sure my pc is cleaned? What kind of virus is this? Ive scanned using malwarebytes and avast and nothing has been detected and Super anti spyware doesnt detect them as threats either.
