Hi,
I've inherited this server with a quirky dynamic disk. Its a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM hosted on hyper-v currently but plans are to migrate it to Azure if that matters for any reason.
The disk currently has these 3 separate partitions that together make up a 2TB drive. I want to expand that by 0.5TB but extend volume is greyed out on all the partitions.
Long term I want to migrate the data to a new basic disk to get rid of this. But I have a deadline for migrating the server to Azure first. So how to I make more space available on the I: drive by extending with the 0.5TB of un-allocated space?
