Hi,
We are seeing strange behavior in some Windows Server 2016 installations. When an initial program is defined for a user (local users and groups -> user properties -> environment tab -> start the following program...), the program is actually started twice when the user logs on (two separate processes of the same program on the same session). Capturing this in Procmon, we actually see two calls for CreateProcess with the startup program from userinit.exe, one after the other. So far we saw this on two machines. The users are local users (we didn't try with domain users).
Is this a known issue? How can we solve this issue?
