software crashes if I start a print job with a specific printer

Hello,

Problem: we have a PC-Fax-Programm called TOBIT DAVID.
It installs one FAX-Printer.
If I goto Word, File, Print, Tobit DAVID Fax...the Programm starts and ask me for the FAX-No.
Problem: If I do it, Word File + Tobit DAVID freezes / crash.
The Problem solved If I restart the Printer Spooler Service.
Printing on other Printers like Laserjet is working all the Time.
Do you know how to have a "detailed communication log of the pooler or a dumb"
I didn´t check the Application DUMP Folders e.g. for more Infos.
Not only Word crashes, Wordpad crashes also If I print with TOBIT DAVID:
