Upgrade to windows 10 and retrieve Office

I have upgraded my Lenovo desktop from windows 8 to windows 10 when it was free.

Now my Lenovo PC had a problem and I was forced to factory reset the system to windows 8.


Do I have to pay for windows 10 to upgrade this particular PC?


Also, I have paid for office a few years ago and I don't have the product key. Is there any way to retrieve the product key after the factory reset?
