Duplicated Windows Files, Blue Screen

BGet

I got a brand new PC (my first PC) and I think I majorly screwed it up.

I didn’t know anything about PCs (I still don’t) so I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong.

As I was downloading programs, I noticed that my Local Disk Drive (C:) had no room. I didn’t know how to fix it, so I copied and pasted all of the files into the New Volume Drive (D:). I began getting a blue screen.

Is it because I screwed up and now have two Windows files?

I tried deleting all the files from the New Volume file but it said it could mess up my computer.

I’m not sure what to do or how to fix it.

I can’t factory reset because it says I need a windows installtion or recovery media – which I don’t have.

Do I delete the duplicate? Do I delete the original? Do I take my PC in to get fixed? What do I do!
