KMS server SKU not found (Error 0xc004f069)

Hello Expert

I have the following:

- AD VM

- KMS VM joined to AD VM domain

- windows 10pro & office 2019 license for 1000 users


when I trying to install KMS tool I got the error (SKU not found) Error 0xc004f069


KMS server 2016 is standard version and AD VM is data-center version


I'm trying to almost solutions that published on forums without chance,


any idea please
