How do I use both monitors when connecting with Remote Desktop (Mac) to my PC Workstation?

I used to run windows 7 on the PC in the laboratory, and connect to it from my office Mac. When I ran Windows 7 Pro, I was not able to use both monitors on my Mac. But I switched to Windows 7 Enterprise, and then I could see with both monitors.

Now the PC has been replaced by a new one, running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.

I have not had success connecting with Remote Desktop on my Mac, and using both monitors on my Mac. I see the remote computer's screen on just one of my Mac screens.

Will I have to switch back to Windows 10 Enterprise? Will Win10 Enterprise allow me to use both monitors, as Win7 Enterprise did? (Remote Desktop on the Mac when connecting to Win7 Enterprise had a check box for using both monitors, but it doesn't when connecting from the same Mac with the same Remote Desktop software to the current Win10 Pro for Workstations).

Thanks

Jim
