2 Domains in the same subnet

[Windows 2008 admin]

Hello

We are presently running windows server 2008r2, recently purchased windows server 2016.

I want to create a new domain B and run parallel with Domain A. Is it possible?

These are my questions:

1. Can I use same DHCP Scope of A&B because of different domains

2. How can I share the docs between both domains.


What is the best setup to implement - Please guide me
