Windows Server 2012 R2 Inaccessible_boot_device in VM

After restart of Windows Server 2012 R2 blue screen INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
Also cannot boot to Safe Mode.
Chkdsk and sfc didn't help either.
Any idea?
