I have a Windows 2012 version of Direct Access setup, and for the most part, it works perfect. The only problem I have is that when a user first logs in to their computer off of our network with an internet connection, it takes roughly 10 minutes for Direct Access to kick in and become useable. This occurs with both a Windows 7 and Windows 8 client. I believe users are just connecting over https and not Teredo or 6to4. I've searched for users with similar problems and have had no luck. I'm running out of things to test.
