Unable to see the users list on the logon screen

Hello There,

We have many windows server 2012 machines.

In all machine on logon screen IT person can not see any user listed, they can see other user only on the screen.

they have to type username and password to login.

They want to see the username listed on logon screen to avoid typing username.

Please suggest how to control this behavior of windows server 2012 to show all users on logon screen.
