update is failing on windows server 2016

i need help please. i have a windows server 2016. not sure what is going on but i have an update that is constantly failing and i can't get it installed. the update is "2019-02 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4487026)"it tried to install everyday with a failed outcome. the server is connected to a WSUS server and the WSUS server says it's a failed update but i can't seem to fix it
