Server 2016 DHCPv6 Client- Fully Qualified Domain Name

Is anyone aware of how to disable or turn off the Fully Qualified Domain Name DHCPv6 option in a Solicit message from the Server 2016? My server does not supply that option in an advertise message so the server never gets an address and keeps trying to find different servers. I am not using it currently as the DHCP server but it is instead acting as a client.
