windows 8 store

I recently refreshed my laptop to remove all of the clutter, it told me that once it restarted I would need to reinstall windows 8.1. So when it turned back on I went to the Microsoft store and it said "Sorry, this page is no longer available." and no matter how many times I pressed the back button, nothing happened. So I went to the internet and tried resetting the store cache and still the same thing.
