We just bought 3 new computers to replace old ones at my office. We all share documents over the network, at first all 3 computers were plugged in and ready to use. They were working perfect and able to connect to all computers. about an hour later, one of them was not able to connect to the printer on our network, so he reinstalled the printer driver, right after this, he lost contact with everyone else. He was able to print on the network printers but not able to access any other of our computers. After trying many things, we decided to just reset the pc to factory. It got stuck on 41% so we called Tech Support, we were able to get windows installed again but we still cannot connect to others on the network. We call tech support but the first time they hungup on me after transferring me to 3 different techs. The second time they wanted me to pay $499.99 to talk to them. I have tried resetting the network, I reset the PC again, and I cant get anywhere. I need help! I can connect to the internet, so I know the connection is good. I just seem to not be able to see everyone else. They can see the computer on the shared folder, but I cant see them... PLEASE HELP!
