Windows update says No Available Updates.

I have a Windows server 2012 R2 (new Build) that is not getting updates anymore. I did an initial scan it ran fine and installed around 30+ updates, but it now always says "No Updates Available". I have ran the MSBA2.3 to scan the server and it shows that there are several security updates available. Nothing I have found online really has helped in resolving this. (We are not use WSUS for updates)
