LDAP on a Windows 2012 R2 Domain Controller

In our production environment, we currently have a 2008 DC that has LDAP listening to tcp port 389 and 636. Currently, I'm trying to configure a 2012 DC in our lab environment to do that same. But I'm running into port conflicts. The 2012 DC is using tcp ports 389 and 636 for Domain Services. The conflict forced me to configure LDAP to run on ports 50000 and 50001 (ssl). The apps guys are insisting that the lab environment be nearly identical to production, against me noting that there are port conflict. Is there a method to reconfigure LDAP to listen to the tradition ports even though there will be a conflict?

Thank you.
