How Remote Desktop connection are encrypted for AES 128 bits and RSA 2048 bits with TLS 1.2 (Windows Server 2012 R2)

Dear Support,

We would like to know how to encrypt the remote connection for member server (Win Server 2012 R2)?

How could we enable AES 128 bits and RSA 2048 bits as encryption algorithm for the remote connection on Windows Server 2012 R2)?

On the other hand, we can follow the referenced link to disable the protocol of TLS 1.0, SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Could TLS 1.2 not same to AES 128 bits and RSA 2048 bits as encryption algorithm?
