Server 2012 endlessly searching for Windows Updates

Hi All, I was hoping someone could shed a bit of light on this issue. I've got a Windows server 2012 X64 that refuses to find Windows updates. I've tried all the usual fixes. Here's a copy of the windowsupdate log: Windows Updates - Pastebin.com
