Excel not responding, freezes or stops working

When some excel sheets opened from file server shared folder It is using cpu about 100% and then Excel thread locked.I have researched to resolving this issue from Microsoft forum website

and I have tried all solution steps but It doesn’t solve yet.Could you help about that…
