vm migration from citrix to hyperv

After migration of vm from citrix to hyperv with shadowprotect vm, it starts very long.
First the windows logo appears, then for about 2 minutes there is a black screen and then the login window appears.
Do you know how to solve a problem with a black screen or what is the migration process?
