Upgrade Windows 7 Without CD/DVD or USB Drive

I did a clean install of Vista and when I tried to Upgrade to Windows 7 my DVD has a label "This DVD supports 32-bit edition only" my system is 64-bit. How to go about it? Can I download upgrade online? I have product key for upgrade Win Vista HmPrm - Win 7 HmPrm
