Server 2012 R2 Xeon 24x300GB 10Gb/s uplink - All updates and hotfixes are installed
Have ~15 clients connected to this file server. Some examples:
Transfer speed client nr1: Windows 10 - 1Gb/s connection = 50 GB/sec
Transfer speed client nr2: Windows 10 - 1Gb/s connection = 50 GB/sec
Transfer speed client nr3: Windows 7 - 1Gb/s connection = 115 GB/sec
When conencting clients to an older 2008 Server I get 115 GB/sec speed on all machine (including Win10 clients). What can be the problem here? Different SMB versions? I have manually disabled SMB1 on all clients/servers. There must be a problem with Win10 clients connecting to 2012 R2 server, but I simply cannot figure it out.
