windows speech recognition is confusing dictation with commands.

One of the biggest issues I have with Windows Speech recognition for dictation is that I can find a way to turn dictation mode on so that it does not keep thinking things are commands instead of words I am dictating. (Example you can never use the word help in dictation as it will launch help!) On other software I have used you can say Dictation Mode on., and until you say dictation mode off everything in between is considered dication and not commands.


Any solution?
