Upgrading from Server 2016 Standard Evaluation to Licensed

Hi guys

I was wondering how long does it normally take for a server to be upgraded from 2016 evaluation to licensed standard?

The following is the powershell command that i run. Powershell in run as administrator

Dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /AcceptEula /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX


I successfully upgraded 2 servers so far but this third one is taking very long. We are at 4 days now and it still stuck at 10%

Is there away to see or tell if it is actually doing anything?
