laptop hearing problem

hello, im contacting because i cannot get my laptop to make any sound. I got the end part of the headphone stuck in there and there is no way of getting it out. Im wondering if theres any way i could just change the settings to where the sounds can only play on the speakers and not on the headphones? if so where can i find this setting and how do i change it ?
