How can my adult child who is 20 be removed from the Microsoft Family account through Microsoft and not my ex husband?

Hi everyone


My daughter have moved out from her father and he refuses to remove her from the Family Account which means she still has restrictions etc. She is 20 years old now. Is there a way that Microsoft can remove her without having to go directly through her father?
